Salary:  KSHS. 100,000 - 130,000 PLUS COMPANY BENEFITS
Additional Attributes:  PUBLIC RELATIONS & MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR - ATL & BTL MAIN ROLE IS MANAGING AND ENHANCING THE ORGANIZATION'S MEDIA PRESENCE ACROSS VARIOUS PLATFORMS INCLUDING RADIO, TELEVISION, AND PRINT AND CONNECTING THAT TO BELOW THE LINE EXECUTION, AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE BY PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES THAT WILL COVER BOTH ABOVE THE LINE (ATL) AND BELOW THE LINE (BTL) ACTIVITIES:- DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT COMPREHENSIVE MEDIA STRATEGIES TO PROMOTE THE ORGANIZATION'S INITIATIVES AND OBJECTIVES. CULTIVATE AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEDIA CONTACTS INCLUDING JOURNALISTS, EDITORS, AND PRODUCERS. PITCH AND SECURE MEDIA COVERAGE FOR ORGANIZATIONAL EVENTS, ANNOUNCEMENTS, AND CAMPAIGNS. MONITOR MEDIA COVERAGE AND ANALYZE RESULTS TO MEASURE EFFECTIVENESS AND IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT. MANAGE MEDIA COMPLIANCE AND ENSURE ADHERENCE TO REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. COORDINATE MEDIA SCHEDULING AND PLACEMENTS TO MAXIMIZE VISIBILITY AND REACH. PREPARE PRESS RELEASES, MEDIA KITS, AND OTHER MATERIALS TO SUPPORT MEDIA OUTREACH EFFORTS. SERVE AS THE PRIMARY SPOKESPERSON FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND HANDLE MEDIA INQUIRIES AND INTERVIEWS. PROVIDE MEDIA TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS INCLUDING EXECUTIVES AND SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS. STAY ABREAST OF INDUSTRY TRENDS AND DEVELOPMENTS TO INFORM MEDIA STRATEGIES AND TACTICS. UNDERSTANDING OF DIGITAL MARKETING. WORK WITH THE BRAND TEAM TO TRANSLATE BRAND OBJECTIVES INTO EXECUTABLE PLANS TO WIN WITH SHOPPER AND CUSTOMER. WORK WITH BTL EXECUTION AGENCIES TO DELIVER BTL EXECUTION, IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DELIVER WITH IMPACT. DEFINE EXECUTION STANDARDS, CHANNEL STRATEGY AND WORK WITH BRAND TEAM, SALES TEAM AND AGENCIES TO EXECUTE. LEAD IN MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE OF THE BTL ACTIVITIES. DEVELOP SHOPPER MARKETING PRINCIPLES AND WORK WITH BRAND TEAM, SALES TEAM AND AGENCIES TO EXECUTE.
