Salary:  KSHS. 300,000 - 350,000 PLUS COMPANY BENEFITS
Additional Attributes:  REPORTING TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, GENERAL MANAGER WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:- OVERSEE STRATEGIC PLANNING BY DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIC PLANS TO ACHIEVE THE COMPANY'S GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. ANALYSING MARKET TRENDS, COMPETITION AND CUSTOMER NEEDS TO IDENTIFY GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES. OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS OF THE COMPANY, INCLUDING IMPORTATION, PRODUCTION, REPACKING AND DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTS. ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH INDUSTRY REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS. BE INCHARGE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BY DEVELOPING AND MANAGING BUDGETS, ENSURING FINANCIAL TARGETS ARE MET. MONITORING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE, ANALYSE FINANCIAL REPORTS AND MAKE DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS TO IMPROVE PROFITABILITY. HANDLE SALES AND MARKETING ACTIVITIES BY DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING EFFECTIVE SALES AND MARKETING STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN MARKET SHARE OF OUR PRODUCTS. BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND SUPPLIERS. OVERSEE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS BY COLLABORATING WITH RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT TEAMS TO INNOVATE AND IMPROVE PRODUCTS BASED ON MARKET NEEDS AND TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS. COORDINATE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PROCESSES BY OPTIMIZING SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESSES TO ENSURE TIMELY AND COST-EFFECTIVE PROCUREMENT, PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTS. MANAGING INVENTORY LEVELS TO PREVENT STOCKOUTS AND EXCESS INVENTORY. OFFER LEADERSHIP BY LEADING AND MOTIVATING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS, PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT TO ACHIEVE ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES. FOSTERING A POSITIVE AND COLLABORATIVE WORK CULTURE. CO-ORDINATE QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESSES BY IMPLEMENTING AND MAINTAINING QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES TO ENSURE THE PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY OF HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS. ENSURING REGULATORY COMPLIANCE THROUGHOUT COMPANY BUSINESS BY STAYING UPDATED ON RELEVANT INDUSTRY REGULATIONS AND ENSURE THE COMPANY'S COMPLIANCE WITH ENVIRONMENTAL, SAFETY, AND AGRICULTURAL STANDARDS. ENSURING GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS SERVICES IS OFFERED THROUGH FOSTERING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS, ADDRESSING THEIR CONCERNS AND ENSURING HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. ENSURE THE COMPANY IS ABLE TO MANAGE RISKS BY IDENTIFYING AND MITIGATING POTENTIAL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH OPERATIONS, MARKET FLUCTUATIONS AND REGULATORY CHANGES. PROVIDING REGULAR REPORTS TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT ON KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS, FINANCIAL METRICS AND STRATEGIC INITIATIVES.
