RECEPTIONIST WILL BE INCHARGE OF THE BUSY FRONT OFFICE AREA AND WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:-
ATTENDING AND WELCOMING WALK0IN CUSTOMERS.
RECEIVING PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS FROM CLIENTS AND VISITORS AS WELL AS RESPONDING TO ALL CUSTOMER INQUIRIES.
PROVIDING OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SUCH AS DATA ENTRY, FILING AND MAINTAINING RECORDS.
MAINTAINING A NEAT AND ORGANIZED RECEPTION AREA PROJECTING PROFESSIONAL IMAGE AT ALL THE TIME.
HANDLING ALL INCOMING AND OUTGOING COMPANY MAILS.
LIAISING WITH OTHER SECTIONS TO SORT OUT AND RESOLVE CUSTOMER RELATED DISPUTES AND CONCERNS.
ANY OTHER ASSIGNMENT ASSIGNED BY THE SUPERVISOR. |
