Salary:  KSHS. 45,000 - 55,000 PLUS COMPANY BENEFITS
Additional Attributes:  BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:- MANAGING OPERATIONS, DEPARTMENT PROCESSES, PEOPLE, BUDGETS, AND SERVICE DELIVERY. SUPPORT THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT. DEAL WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND SCHEDULE CLIENT MEETINGS TO DISCUSS PERFORMANCE. PROVIDE COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT SERVICE TO BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS BY AUCTIONING ALL INQUIRIES ON GUARD FORCE ACCURATELY AND QUICKLY. SUSTAIN AND SUPPORT EXISTING BUSINESS AS WELL AS ATTRACT NEW BUSINESS. ENSURE PROPER USAGE AND SAFE CUSTODY OF DEPARTMENTAL OR COMPANY PROPERTY. LEAD AND MANAGE REGIONAL BRANCHES TO ENSURE SUSTAINABILITY AND GROWTH. SUPPORT THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT IN TERMS OF DISCIPLINE, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, ETC. ENSURE SECURITY SURVEYS, SOPS SLAS, AND AUDITS ARE CONDUCTED BY THE RESPECTIVE STANDARDS. INITIATE AND DEVELOP DEPARTMENTAL STRATEGIC AND BUSINESS PLANS IN LINE WITH THE COMPANY OBJECTIVES/VISION. GATHER INTELLIGENCE REPORTS AND DISSEMINATE RELEVANT INFORMATION TO THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM. PREPARATION OF MONTHLY AND WEEKLY BRANCH REPORTS. APPRAISE STAFF PERFORMANCE AND RECOMMEND DESIRABLE DEVELOPMENT. OVERSEE THE TRAINING AND DEPLOYMENT OF GUARDS. PREPARE AND ATTEND PARADES.
