Salary:  KSHS. 50,000 - 60,000 PLUS GENEROUS COMPANY BENEFITS
Additional Attributes:  SERVICE TEAM LEADER WILL MANAGE A PROFESSIONAL TEAM THAT WILL PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS BY PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:- AGREE WITH THE TEAM ON SET TARGETS BOTH FOR HIS/HER TEAM MEMBERS. MANAGE A SERVICE TEAM WHO HAVE ALREADY AGREED TO THE SET TARGETS. OFFER STAFF TRAINING WHERE NECESSARY FOR EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT DELIVERY OF SERVICES. SERVICE TEAM LEADER IS THE CUSTODIAN OF PERFORMANCE RECORDS OF EACH TEAM MEMBER AND ENSURES ALL INDIVINDUAL PERFORMANCE PROCESSES ARE WELL CAPTURED. CO-ORDINATE ALL TRAINING PROCESSES OF TEAM MEMBERS. ENSURE ALL COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE WELL UNDERSTOOD BY THE TEAM AND ADHERED TO. ENSURE THERE IS REGULAR QUALITY ASSURANCE CHECKS ON CLIENT PREMISES TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE QUALITY SERVICE DELIVERY. ENSURE ALL CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS ARE ADDRESSED AND RESOLVED PROFESSIONALLY AND ENSURE CUSTOMER RETENTION. SERVICE TEAM LEADER MUST ENSURE HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES ARE COMPLIED TO, CORRECT AND APPROVED TOOLS & EQUIPMENT'S ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE AS WELL AS THE CERTIFIED AND APPROVED CHEMICALS. SERVICE TEAM LEADER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPANY RESOURCES AND ASSETS.
